_Famla AI is an artificial intelligence platform that acts as a junior business process analyst by interviewing your teams to automatically generate source-backed process maps and identify operational optimization opportunities (Lean Six Sigma)._

Famla AI uses AI to automatically map a company’s internal processes and make them readable to every team.

I worked on this SaaS as a freelancer, on the AI and backend side: 

- **AI architecture:** designed and shipped scalable AI workflows, integrating LLM/SLM models and custom ML pipelines into production.
- **Backend APIs:** built secure, high-performance REST/gRPC APIs and services handling real-time inference and data processing.
- **Model optimization:** cut latency and resource usage through quantization, prompt engineering, and caching.
- **Data pipelines & MLOps:** engineered data ingestion pipelines, vector storage, and automated deployment workflows.
